We received top notch service from each and everyone working at Udaya, they very polite and helpful beyond expectations. We enjoyed the food specially the garlic bread and salsa. Food was fresh and made when ordered. Spa services were excellent. We enjoyed the tour with Putra, he shared interesting information about the local tourist attractions. We will be staying at Udaya any chance we get.

We stayed for a week. Our villa was nice but a little older and a fair distance from the main lobby/restaurant. What makes this property special is the staff. Everyone from the servers to the spa staff to manager was kind and engaging. They knew us by name and treated us like family.

We had a phenomenal experience at the Udaya. The resort is stunning. The staff were all extremely friendly! The food was also delicious. Putra was an amazing driver and so knowledgable. He took us in a tour of Ubud and taught us all so much! I cannot recommend Udaya enough for anyone staying in Ubud.

My Wife and I just completed our stay at the Udaya Resort and we enjoyed every second of it. The staff was amazing and very attentive. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, we had numerous conversations with staff members and enjoyed learning about the balinese culture. The resort and accommodations exceeded expectations by far! The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy.
