I am submitting this complaint due to multiple service failures and misrepresentation during my stay at Tivoli Hotel. The valet parking service was extremely poor and incomplete, yet undisclosed valet fees were charged. We were also assigned a room with constant mechanical noise that made sleeping impossible. Despite reporting this issue multiple times over five days and providing audio evidence, no action was taken by staff or management.
Additionally, although we paid in advance for a room with a balcony and this was confirmed at check-in, the assigned room did not have one. We were later told that to receive a balcony room we would need to pay an additional $1,700, despite already having paid for this feature.
Throughout our stay, staff and management were dismissive and unprofessional. Given the high cost of the hotel, the service provided was unacceptable. I am requesting Expedia’s assistance in reviewing this matter and addressing the misrepresentation and lack of service experienced.
