Confortable hotel with good airpirt shuttle.

Comfortable beds. Good 13 passenger airport shuttle dedicated to only this hotel and constantly runs in loop to airport during shuttle hours. Nervous about only 1 elevator but was never an issue. Only problem is that front desk needs more staffing during check in. Can be very slow, especially as many tour buses stop and all check in at once.

Booked this hotel as we are dropping our car at the airport tomorrow to head to the island. This is a great property with lovely, clean rooms, funny little signs around the hotel and updated amenities. We are on the quiet side of the building and it’s quiet. Updated charging stations for our devices, tons of water pressure and comfy beds. It’s a good spot if you are heading to the airport. They have a shuttle to take you there. The front desk did a recommendation for dinner at the Fogg’s and Sud’s. Good food and good prices.

My adult daughter and I were very pleased with everything as noted above. I had driven down from Kamloops and my daughter came from Victoria to join me to see Keith Urban in concert at Rogers Arena. We had a wonderful breakfast the next morning at the adjoining restaurant before returning home. We would stay again in the future. Thank you!
