First choice usually when we hop over to Vancouver for short trip. Close to everything, free parking. With nice hot beverages and water provided. Can’t complain

I was told that my reservation wasn’t made, even though I had already paid. I had to wait a long time to check in, and the front desk staff were extremely inefficient. The power outlets in the room didn’t work, and the sink was clogged — it drained very slowly.
