We booked a room for 4 people we got there and assumed there was a sofa bed for the 2 kids. But when we went to get ready for bed there was no pull out couch. So we called front desk and they offered us up cots. So when booking the room the description says the room is for 4 people. But only if you all share the king bed. The bathtub didnt drain so you had a bath and shower combined. The added kitchen was a bonus and the location was perfect. The cafe was good. Also told us at check in parking was included with our reservation then the next day tried to charge us for parking

Very cozy stay, rooms were neat and clean, hotel staff very courteous. The included breakfast coupons $30/person were good enough to have a hearty meal early in the day before start of adventure, the vegetarian options are great. I very much liked the the Green Option, meaning decline housekeeping for $10 coupon a day to be used at coffee shop. The location on Burrard street made mobility very affordable. Overall , a great stay!

The breakfast was amazing in c prime. The staff are very friendly and also the room is very clean and spacious. We have a city view room and the hotel is accessible to all stores.
