Had a really good stay. I enjoyed the superior king room with view. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed the facilities like the pool and hot tub. Only negative experience we had was at the restaurant. They advertise a vegan chia parfait that actually wasn’t vegan as there was diary yogurt.

Great location, service, and room!

Excellent location near conference centre and waterfront. We arrived almost three hours before check-in but were able to check in right away. Excellent service, beautiful clean room, comfy bed with premium bedding, and very fancy toilet with heated seat and bidet ( never tried one of those before lol). We also got a great price as it was one of the cheapest in downtown area at the time we booked. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again!

Hockey road trip

Room was great. Love that it did not have carpet. Found the bed a bit too soft for my back but with the assistance of the front desk we found a solution. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the gentleman that helped me get my jar of pickles vacuum sealed to go in my checked luggage for my flight! Above and beyond service!! Look forward to the next time I can stay at one of your properties.
