We had a rocky beginning at this hotel. Very shortly after we arrived., we were in our room, relaxing, and another couple came into our room with the exact same room number key. A call to the front desk resolved the situation and we were offered an upgraded room, which was lovely. We were there only for one night pre-cruise . We found the room view was beautiful overlooking the water, the cleanliness and comfort of the room was wonderful. The restaurant on premises was at best average the staff were extremely friendly. However, the food was not amazing. Proximity to the water was perfect. It was only a five minute walk down to the waterfront and approximately a 15 minute walk to the cruise port

It was mediocre at best. I like the no carpet but otherwise basic. I left an important item in the room during checkout and I was passaround between person to person then to housekeeping which never answered. Ive called multiple times and didnt get proper answer untill late afternoon. Again very frustraiting.

Wonderful stay

Room 602. Very clean except for the sink inside caulking. Bathroom door needs paint touch up. A smaller round table between two armchairs would make it perfect. Beds and bedding - outstanding. Great service everywhere. Pool area - so comfortable and clean. Thank you! We will be back!
