No Shuttle service

I phoned 28 hours before my check-in to book my 630am airport shuttle...Gurpreet at the front desk told me just to book when I'm checking in to the hotel...fast forward to check-in, I ask to book my shuttle for the next morning, turns out it is full, as is the shuttle 20 minutes later. No big deal, I'll take an Uber and ask the hotel to cover the $12 cost as an apology for their procedure failure...Not a chance Gurpreet said...brutal customer service.

Great shuttle service. Convenient and safe solo travellers . Very friendly late night shuttle driver. Decent breakfast and clean rooms. Not a new hotel and it was tad noisy at night but, i felt safe and it was clean and that’s what i wanted.
