The hotel itself is very old and run down and doesnt offer services like laundry. However, don't let outside looks deceive you. The the room was immaculate, service was amazing, and breakfast and airport transportation was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable as well. Ill definitely stay here again.

Decent enough hotel for an overnight or layover in Vancouver. We liked the easy access to the sky train to take us downtown and the shuttle service and staff were great. It’s definitely a dated hotel, but the waffle station at breakfast was awesome. Would be great to get some real maple syrup.

This was a really great place for a quick stay near the airport. It’s close to many shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and staff very nice. It’s walking distance to the Richmond night market which is the primary reason I stayed here. So delicious and fun to go to!

Good for a night!

It was a layover night from a long trip! It has shuttle service from the airpot. That is an advantage! Room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfy! Hotel offered us breakfast at 5:10 am that we really appreciated!

Comfy and convenient

I have stayed here many times in the past. It never fails to please me. It is an older property, but well maintained. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was fine. There airport shuttle service is great.

Just spent one night,travelling through close to airport, and it had a free shuttle and breakfast. Breafast was good, bed was comfortable, my only negative is the rooms need updating. The carpet looked old and dirty,didn't want to take off my shoes,and after flying for a whole day I look forward to taking off my shoe.Oh and there was no glasses in the room just cardboard coffee cups.
