Electric strip

Fix that stainless steel electrical strip that is in front of the door on the airport drop off side. We had a luggage cart , when I tried to get over it the front tire of the cart it stopped suddenly and all my luggage fell off That’s terrible!!!

Beautifully clean hotel, rooms were spotless. We booked the level and it really isn’t worthwhile I think, as our room had zero view, though it had great tall windows they don’t open at all so it felt quite enclosed. The level ‘lounge’ is handy certainly, but it’s a small, windowless room where you grab stuff to take to your room, it’s definitely not a place to relax and sit in though it does have seating. I’d book a lower floor next time as we were told on check in that rooms on the level floor had a wall as per the design of the building which we could see is the case from street level and we were offered option of wall 1 vs wall 2, slim pickings despite checking in early in the day (we are grateful for that though as it was only 1pm). I believe the level rooms should cost less than regular floors where you can look out a window that might open to be honest. We didn’t look forward to returning to the room despite its nice design and how clean it was, but I’m a windows person so this was disappointing for me but might be fine for others though.
