The staff at check in and check out were very helpful and kind. The one issue we had was the poor water pressure in our bathroom. It was so low it couldn’t even fill up the tub for a bubble bath. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, especially if you’re using public transit.

Everything was perfect! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and cozy, and I really appreciated having the kettle and tea bags in the room. Only issue was that the TV didn’t work but everything else was great. Will definitely stay again!
