Great staff and decent location.

Staff were amazing and friendly. Overall room was clean and location was convenient to the Skytrain. Downside is the phone didn’t work, no smart TV, restroom floor leaked from the bathtub. 7/11 walking distance, Breka Bakery, Howell liquor and spirits, shoppers grocery nearby.

The property is a bit old; for example, the toilet seat in the bathroom was seriously beat up. Seems like a small and inexpensive thing to fix! It was a good walkable neighborhood near the city bus system and the Big Bus tour stop. The cross street is on a bit of a lower socio-economic street with some struggling people and boarded up businesses, but I didn't feel unsafe and I walked on it alone. Walk in any direction and you are near interesting things. It was a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown train to the airport, which cost only a few bucks and saved me a Lyft.

1) During breakfast at the restaurant with 16 family members, we saw two mice scurrying on the floor. 2) My husband slipped in the tub because there was insufficient safeguards on the bottom of the tub, and he suffered bruised ribs. Your front desk staff is SUPERB, as is your staff member who cleans the area. Shiva, your manager, was very helpful and professional.

The worst in terms of service, people (especially the manager), rooms, amenities I have ever experience and it’s a shame that they’re in the heart of Vancouver downtown.

My husband almost fell in the bathtub/shower. You have to go to the front desk & ask for a bathtub mat otherwise they don't have one in the tub. The toilet was not cleaned properly when we arrived. We had to ask to have it cleaned again. I could go on and on about the problems with this hotel! It looks nice in photos.....but I do NOT recommend it.
