We had issues with our tv the entire time we were there. I understand I don’t travel to watch tv but …. I even had the tv switched out and still had an issue. At check out I was told it was a service provider issue and they were getting a new provider. I call BS. The tv would go on, we would change channels, it would shut off. Would turn it on and it would shut off again. It did this for 4 days. Incredibly disappointed. No offer of a credit to my account or anything. The manager I felt was condescending.

The room could have been cleaner. Im a housecleaner so I'm quite picky about cleanliness. Staff all throughout the hotel during our stay were friendly and accommodating. Disappointed that the hot tub was out of order especially after walking around downtown all day

The property is outdated. There were some renovations made but in a very sloppy way. Everything is just not thought through well. Access to the parking is difficult, you have to climb stairs with luggage to and from parking, the elevator is old and slow. No one dines in the adjacent restaurant. If you get a good price for the reservation, it's ok but our rate was pretty high and I was very disappointed

The room I was in didn’t have a decent view and limited light. The rooftop view was nice but the penthouse room/kitchen was not air conditioned and very hot. The hot tub was out of service during my stay. There was no concierge to help guide me during my stay. My room was cleaned every other day and was missing some towels after one cleaning.

The ceramic tile needs to be repaired. The cloth that is being used the wipe the appliances needs to be replaced. There were streaks on everything, tv, microwave, refrigerator etc. The bed was comfortable.

Grand Park was an older hotel downtown that was super convenient and adjacent to an area with a lot of great dining options. Front desk staff was very helpful and it was a 10 minute Uber to Roger's arena and 25 minute safe walk back after the show.

Location was excellent as far as accessibility to other places. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The actual hotel is quite an old building and the decor corresponds to this. Furnishings are old. Electrical outlets and usb outlets didnt work on any of our lamps. The fridges were missing the temperature dials which is weird but understandable. They worked still. Our rooms had hardwood floors and while they looked clean, they actually weren't for walking around without shoes or socks. All in all, it serves its' purpose as far as a place to sleep that makes access to other places super easy. I would not rate it a 4 star, more like 3.
