Super noisy room. Heater PTAC was very loud. Roku provided did not work. Safe did not work. Fan was LOUD, like comically loud. One elevator out of service and the other one had multiple minute wait each time. Lobby is nice. 20% off coupon for White Spot was only for full meals, not appetizers, drinks, etc. my fault for not reading the fine print. Room was very dated but pretty clean, price was OK. Neighborhood isn’t super unsafe but slightly seedy. Homeless nearby and open drug use.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. For it's location, its relatively inexpensive. Close to many good restaurants in Yaletown or along Davie. I enjoyed the Yakitori restaurant close by the hotel last time. Clean rooms, fairly spacious. No cleaning service if you stay 2 days - often that has been a good thing if I'm working in my room during the stay. Last time the staff at the front desk upgraded my room. Often this is one of hotels I look to book when coming to Vancouver.
