Very friendly staff, room was very nice and conveniently located. Construction was a little Annoying to deal with but still easy to get in and out of the hotel parking garage. Would definitely stay here again, the hot tub and sauna were an absolute Delight as well.

Always a pleasant, comfortable and convenient stay when working in Vancouver, although I do believe that Frankie’s needs a major upgrade. My food was bland, pedestrian quality at a premium price. I’m glad there are much better choices available nearby. Will not return or recommend.

Toilet stopped and started running all night. Lobby dirty, stained carpet. Night shift staff at front desk were "rough." Told us she needed a credit card in case "we thrashed the room." I'm 59 and was with my 85 year old mother. Daytime staff was great/normal. Fixed the toilet for our 2nd night. Room was way cleaner than the rest of the common areas. Pool photo 100% misleading and full of leaves and dirty water. That was a scam. Grungy indoor pool, looked outdoor and huge in photo online.
