asked to fix the tv and phone front desk told them what were we doing wrong. Unacceptable. Phone wasn't labeled how to use it tried 3 tomes to contact the front desk to get help, and there were no proper instructions for either device, which is unacceptable at that rate

Area was close to grocery, plenty of food options and activities. The hotel was quiet and clean. Pretty good views, as our room over looked the stadium. Our only issues with the hotel were the shower not draining properly, it made sort of a indoor pool within the shower, and the pillows were very limp-ish? Almost like quicksandish, they dont provide much support at all which made sleeping uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved the fact that there was plenty of lock options for the door and a safe, made us feel much more secure.

Everyone from Kyra at the front desk to Mina from housekeeping were extremely helpful. Location is perfect and central. Coffee shops, restaurants and many amenities and tourist destinations are walking distance. We had a suite with one king and one sofa bed for four ppl and the sofa bed was decent enough for two females.
