Had a great stay when in town for a concert! Staff were very friendly and approachable, rooms clean and quiet, breakfast options were reasonable and tasty, and location is great for walking to sporting events or concerts. Should my travels end me up in Vancouver again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

For 550$ a night we were VERY disappointed. The breakfast was the highlight and it was subpar at best. They treat gold members like they're royalty but for a regular guest they simply don't care. I even woke up with a massive headache due to the lack of pillows or support from the few that were supplied. When I asked the front desk for an Advil they told me to go to the snack room on the 2nd floor and they would charge it to our room. It simply feels like we paid for a luxury hotel and stayed at a hostel. Next time we will look elsewhere!

My towels were dirty on day one, I received poor treatment at the check in, I got put into a room with very low water pressure and both beds were broken. The worse part was, staff didnt care about the way they treated me, I paid over $500 a night to slum it for 3 days.. Yay me

This hotel is VERY conveniently located for walking, public transport and water taxis. This is our 2nd stay here and we'll definitely be back! There is a lot of construction in the area right now, but nothing we couldn't handle as we were not driving. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms (we've had corner rooms each visit) are wonderful, spacious, excellent city views- and very clean!

Good location in centre of city. Rooms are large and well presented. Very nice bathroom and great view. Breakfast very busy but breakfast room is attractive and choice very good. Location on Robson Street is good - use this street to walk to main sites. Direct Bar on site serves good food. You have to go into the lobby to get a pass to park - instructions on how to do this should be sent with booking.
