Had an odd interaction with a guest supervisor when she checked in our room. I had requested a blanket but she was quite brazen and told me I had to get the blanket myself at the front desk… staff shortage. Not one of my best hotel experiences.

The i ly down side of this stay was house keeping coming in our room randomly an hour before check out!!! Beautiful room. Nice location. Nero waffles beside was delicious. I would love to stay here again.

Great studio suite, equipped just like home. Be prepared for city noise. Unescapable, really. The gym was massive and having a co-ed steam room was amazing. The semi-rooftop pool and hot tub were a treat after a 20K step day.
