Good distance from the airport in downtown Richmond. So alot of options all around. Has free underground parking and free breakfast.

The shuttle service was a joke. They share a van service with another hotel. Even though they said the shuttle service stops at 12am I called ahead of time to tell them wed be out around that time. We got out at 12:02 and the driver left. The issue was there was only 2 seats left when we had a party of 10. So we had to Uber ourselflbes to the hotel. Then the next day for the van to the airport we had 4 people go first at 1:45 which we had no issue. The rest of us were supposed to leave at 2:15 the van never arrived. There was a shift change so we had to wait until 2:45 when the van called and said they won't be coming because the guests from the first hotel filled the van already. So front desk had to quickly call two cabs. The staff at the front desk was friendly but had her hands tied. She did her best, but the transportation issue is just a mess

It was a convenient place to stay to catch the cruise and about the cheapest around. It had a shuttle from the airport and breakfast the next morning but breakfast wasn't that great.

The property was in a great location for accessing the transportation to Vancouver and great access to the airport. The free coffee and tea and breakfast was a bonus feature.There also was a beautiful walkable park with access right behind the hotel.
