breakfast was frozen heat n serve (not appealing) called before making this reservation to inform of late check in asked if a airport shuttle would be avail for early am arrival was told "YES" only to be told "NO" when we arrived at airport and called for it, had to take a cab! arrived only to find hotel name was not "quality" but "comfort"? room was for 3 adults only towels for 1 will NOT stay here again,

Room was great, but we asked for an airport shuttle at 7:45am, we showed up 10min in advance as asked...after 15min the front desk agent lady said the shuttle driver was gonna be 5min late. the shuttle didn't show up until 8:07 (22min late) and the driver mentioned he had to make another stop, putting our 8:25 bus departure in jeopardy. They then called a taxi for us to make our bus on time and we had to pay for it. Very disappointed

Airport shuttle was an issue. After a few calls to the hotel - Another hotel gave me their phone number I did eventually get there. I had travelled 30 hours and didn’t need a hassle on a colder Vancouver night outside waiting for the shuttle. I have been offered a discount on my next booking with the hotel.

Staff was nice!! Good breakfast. I love the pancake machine. Shampoo was not refilled. it’s was empty. The tv remote didn’t work. Probably needs new batteries. Clean and updated bathroom, very good. If vacuumed the room properly that would be even better.
