I actually missed the breakfast to catch feet but have had it at other Comfort Hotel and it was so so. I am gluten sensitive and had little to eat.

A great option if you’re looking for a decent hotel close to the airport. Shuttle runs every half hour until 11:00pm which is convenient.

Parking was difficult under ground, short on towels, conditioner was empty in shower, no spare toilet roll, only 1/3 on the roll , carpet was not vacuumed. Burnt out light bulb, wifi sign in was horrible had to keep signing in, kept being booted off.

This hotel was alright. We booked 3 nights and had to check out one night early due to incoming weather that would possibly leave us stranded in Vancouver. I asked for a refund for the day we would not be there and they refused. On the morning I checked out my daughter had a competition that was a 5 min drive away and we went to the parking to find my car blocked in by an unregistered guest without a parking pass parked in a spot that was not for parking. I was not able to leave and had to walk my daughter to her competition in the dark and pouring rain. We got soaked. The hotel did nothing about this situation, and did not offer any help. It was highly inconvenient. There are limited food options around this hotel as well. I was highly disappointed in their decision not to refund is based on the circumstances and for that reason and the parking issue we will not recommend this place nor will we stay there again. There are many other hotels in the area that are nicer and offer more parking options and food options

The bed was quite comfy and the blackout curtains are great. We stayed for one night while we waited for a rebooked flight due to weather. We were able to check in early which is always nice as we were extremely tired after a 22-hour travel day. When we first arrived and after we were kindly allowed to drop off our bags while we waited for check in we sat in the breakfast lounge area to google a place to eat. As we got up to leave, a women who was a member of their cleaning staff started profusely yelling at us in another language while making hand gestures. She was clearly angry about something. We didn’t understand what she was saying so I asked the receptionist if this woman was yelling at us and she said it’s ok and we can leave. It was a very strange experience and the only thing we can think of is we didn’t push in our chairs when we left and she took offence to this. Either way it was highly unprofessional and rude. We won’t be going back and I hope this woman gets the help she needs.
