I like the room. Big space and with a kitchenette. Paid parking is also great. Cheaper and safe. Very comfortable bed even the sofa bed. Staffs are helpful and kind. Definitely will comeback and highly recommended.

We loved the upgrade to higher floor. The view from the balcony was amazing. Staff was super nice and attentive! Cabs were always lined up to take you anywhere you want. The location was perfect since you could walk to yaletown shops and amazing restaurants and bars.

The location was perfect for a concert at the Orpheum and then a quick trip to the airport. I hate when people use the shower as a urinal as the smell lingers, and it seemed that was the case with the bathroom. Everything was clean, but that smell…..

This property is absolutely disgusting. Worn out. You feel itchy as soon as you walk in the room. Blankets and pillows are also thin and cheap. Air Conditioner barely worked. I had to purchase a fan.!!
