The kitchen area has ants!!!! They invaded my food. The first time I stayed for 3 nights, no issues. The second time I stayed also for 3 in ights, ants in the kitchen. Won't be staying here anymore. Not worth it. The lobby also smells of something....I don't know what, but it wasn't there before.

BED BUGS! Unfortunately discovered bed bugs in the room after I woke up with bites all over. What was even worse was the complete lack of proper protocol or support from the staff. There was no offer to dry clean clothes, no offer to refund the stay, no bags provided to seal belongings, and no communication from management despite reporting the issue immediately. I can deal with the dated mediocre rooms. I cannot deal with the complete lack of action from management on a very serious health issue. Read other reviews! This is not an isolated incident.

I like the location of this hotel. The suites are nice and at competitive rates. Staff is great. It is a not a luxury hotel by any measure, but clean and functional and I would happily stay again for the right room rate.
