The entire hotel was overrun with mold…the ceilings, tub surrounds, etc. The air was musty and moldy. Some rooms had little to no water from the shower, others barely had hot water. Everything was beyond dated and in disrepair

Room was clean but had an order of cigarettes that made me feel sick. The wife does not work in the room 310 I've tried for over an hour it works in the lobby but not my room which absolutely sucks as I can't do any work or even watch a movie..... Ran out of hot water before the tub filled so I sat in 6 inches of water.. I've had the heat on since I arrived and it's midnight now and my room is still chilly.. I was so excited for a cozy night after getting out of hospital and can honestly say I was more comfy in the hospital.... I ended up grabbing a thermometer and you should know the heater right now says it's 28 degrees when in fact it is 18 degrees no wonder I've been freezing.... Nothing has been as expected... I'll never stay here again and I will be filing complaints in the morning.. this is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in...

Very convenient to both Burnaby and Coquitlam. The property is basic but clean and comfortable. There is a small gym with a sauna. The outdoor pool is of course closed in winter. Rooms have refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers. One item lacking is in room safes that I view as essential for long term stays or for those traveling with their passports.
