Great location. The gym is very poorly equipped. The breakfast start way too late for the average business traveller. I booked breakfast for each day for me and my wife just to realize that they only open 7:30. Not acceptable for a Downtown Vancouver hotel. 6:30am is a more reasonable time.

We were wanting to book the shuttle service and had called the day before about it and they said that they offered a service until 7 PM and when we checked and they told us that it was done at 5pm. The shower also had no water pressure and the sink was not draining.

Great stay for a Vancouver getaway. Close to Grandville island and pretty central to downtown Vancouver. The Parker Rooftop bar is an excellent option if you'd like a quick bite/drink at your fingertips befire heading out for the night.

Great location to walk along the beach to Stanley Park or into Kits over the bridges. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean & comfortable but heating is very noisy. Luckily was not too cold out so I turned it off at night.
