This is my second time staying at the Parker hotel and I can confidently say that I would stay again on my next trip to Vancouver. The rates are reasonably priced, the building is outdated but the rooms are renovated and clean, and the staff are very friendly. Both time they were able to check me in early which was much appreciated after a long flight. The hotel is easily accessible by transit and walking distance to Yaletown and Granville island.

We (2 adults and a teen) stayed one night at the Parker Hotel and Rooftop. The roof was lRge, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very good to us and worked to accomodate our needs. They were able to let us check in early and also upgraded our room- both at no extra charge. We were provided free transportation to the waterfront and our driver, gave us an interesting orientation to the city of Vancouver.

Clean room and good space in a good location for walking to Vancouver’s attractions. Disappointed that the rooftop dining room was booked out for private events on the majority of evenings during our stay and the dining room staff were unhelpful over booking for a meal

Average. The room had a great view. Service was just ok. No one went out of their way to help. Example: We wanted to throw out our coffee cups in the lobby and were told there wasnt a garbage can and were instructed to go back to our rooms to throw them away there.

The room was very good-looking and spotlessly clean. The drawback was the size - only room for the desk chair, no other chair for a second person to sit in. The room was just too small - similar to a Japanese business hotel size. The breakfast included in our room rate was good. We did not utilize the rooftop bar/restaurant, so have no comment on that. There were a couple of restaurants within a block or so which was all we needed. Overall, good for a one-night stay, but the room was too small to be comfortable for a longer stay.

Bathroom sink sprays water everywhere when in use. Good flow in the tub, but using the shower head was tiring. No water pressure, makes rinse shower gel, shampoo, and conditions very troublesome.

We stayed only one night in this property as we were flying out of Vancouver after visiting Canada's eastern provinces. We really enjoyed the experience. Dinner in the rooftop bar was very enjoyable and we walked across the bridge to Granville Island the next day for lunch. The little ferries that service the harbour are very close, as is a beautiful walking track around the waterfront. Downtown is also just a short stroll away and there's a great little supermarket across the street. I would happily return to stay longer.
