With two cozy bedrooms, including a queen bed in the primary room and a sofa bed in the living room, a small twin bed in the 2nd (very small room). Guests have plenty of space to unwind. The bathroom features a refreshing shower., plenty of towels and everything you need to make you feel at home. Whether you’re curling up with a book or catching up on your favorite shows, the living room offers a comfortable spot to relax. Kickback and enjoy everything Vancouver and our terrific bungalow has to offer. Location is tops and minutes from the waterfront, hospitals and free way. 15 minutes to Portland and 15 minutes to PDX. Vancouver Lake only 10 min away. You will enjoy your vintage stay at the "La Casita Inn". W/D included in the home. This home is best suited for two adults, but can accommodate three adults( 18 and over). 30 day or longer 3500 mo. We will confirm on ALL bookings including instant bookings, you have read the rules and agree to them for this no pet (s) and child free home. Side note: Alaska Atmos credit card holders get points when booking through their online milage shopping app.

Have stayed at Lupe/Mike house several times while we were moving up to Vancouver. The property is very well kept and has a real home feel to it, which is why we always stayed here. The location can’t be beat as it is fully walkable to all of downtown Vancouver and the waterfront. In the market of rentals this one is a real find and would recommend this to anyone coming to the Vancouver area.

Property was charming and well maintained, the check in process seamless. The location was amazing and so close to the waterfront and downtown area. Charming bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Easy parking access via alley. I could see myself making a home in the lovely spot. Plenty of restaurants with easy parking. The Green Chile burger and fried brussel sprouts at Pacific House were fabulous. Carol's Corver Cafe served up delicious breakfast in massive proportions.

Charming with an excellent location!

We have friends in the same neighborhood which made this the perfect spot for us. There is easy access to downtown Vancouver and Portland. Our host is lovely and very helpful, all amenities were provided, and it has a lovely updated bathroom and kitchen. We will be back for sure!
