Very stylish boutique hotel in downtown area. We loved the stay, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating at any hour. It's close to the cruise port also. It was quiet during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is on the "safer" side of Gastown but is way overpriced for what you get. The hotel is being renovated and we couldn't easily locate how to even get in. It didn't help when we got to a vacant storefront/front desk. We kept pushing a button outside for service and waited over 5 minutes for someone to arrive in this touch-and-go neighborhood. The hotel is LOUD with paper thin walls. We used Vancouver as a stopping place coming and going to Whistler and actually cancelled our return trip at this hotel. Probably better to pay a bit more to get a lot better.

We booked at the Victorian for it's charm, that we now know is the oldest running hotel in all of Vancouver. Unfortunately, we were not informed at any point of the booking process or confirmation that the hotel itself was under construction during our stay in late June. And not little room upgrades, like the main entrance was in the building next door and the rooms that were advertised on their site you would not be getting as they were under construction. The rooms we did get were clean and modestly decorated. I am greatly disappointed by this lack of transparency from the hotel to inform it's guest of the construction. Our rooms were right down the hall from the construction and though we couldn't hear anything during the evening or overnight during the day music was blasting from the construction area. Parking is also very limited and tight in the small space they have out back so keep that in mind. Otherwise, it's a very walkable location in the gastown district which is a beautiful historic part of Vancouver.

The room was VERY SMALL. No closet or place to hang a coat. No where to unpack your suitcase. Very high lift over for the tub if you have knee mobility issues. Good pre and post bag storage, thank you

Lovely boutique hotel. Nice big room. Pretty quiet despite being in the thick of Downtown. Lots of bars cafe's restaurants locally. Good location for the Sky Train. Local area does have a few addicts in a poor state which is sad to see. Walked to the David Lam park water taxi to go over to Granville Island which is a lovely place to wander and eat good seafood. Staff super helpful and friendly. Comfy bed. Good bathroom products and robes. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Vancouver.

The location is great! Within a 6 min drive via Uber to the cruise port. It is within walking distance, but we had multiple pieces of luggage and it was just easier to take the Uber...and that was only like $6. Beautiful facility and great customer service!

Quaint and comfy

Just a short one night stay but everyone was so friendly and the room was large and warm and comfortable. Nespresso machine was a gem and the location is great and convenient to the Gastown area!
