The hotel rooms were well appointed but there was no attention to hallways and the food left outside elevators! It stayed there for days and I ended up calling housekeeping! The biggest inconvenience was NO TV for my whole 4 day stay! No news from home or exposure to British TV! This was OUTRAGEOUS - 4 days!! I’ve never heard of such a thing in a normal residence never mind a large, expensive hotel!

This hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed with my daughter and son-in- law and 19 month old granddaughter. The concierge arranged a wonderful babysitter for two afternoons. Would highly recommended and would stay again.

We arrived at 3 pm and the room was not ready. Went to eat and wait at their restaurant, had 5 different waiters that we had to chase even though it was not busy. TV in room didn’t work they kept saying there were sending someone and we waited 3 times no one showed up. And it was a hotel wide problem with the TV. So why tell us some one was coming up? This hotel has a beautiful fountain back yard. BUT is a business hotel at best. If it was not for the fountain and the location it would be a 2 star hotel. The staff is actually friendly and tried to be helpful, but I think is about management. So over all we are never coming back.

I have been a guest at the St. James Court Hotel multiple times. Each time I come back the noise level seems to be worse than the time before. Crying babies, intimate noise from the room next door, street noise. Maybe I've been lucky in the rooms I had in the past but not so this past visit. Love the location, within walking distance from the Green Park underground station for convenience when arriving from Heathrow. Close to St. James & Victoria stations - easy to get around to all the tourist sites. Easy walk to the Parliment Buildings, Big Ben, the London Eye, easy to get to the Thames Riverwalk. Does the great location make up for the noise factor? That is for individuals to decide.
