nice to have parking in front of our unit and level entry for all units. They had a nice coffee bar in lobby but we would have preferred a coffee machine in unit. Very thoughtful to have AC on in unit for arrival as super hot outside.

It's quite old but it's well kept and maintained, and clean. Easy access to malls, store. Rosemary was great and was very accomodating and was eager to answer all my queries. She was also considerate that even the laundry was supposed to close at 9:30, she gave us until 11:00 just to finish our laundry.

Little on the dingy side, room reeked of cigarettes, butts everywhere outside the door, dirty floors, extremely low water pressure, really bad quality/condition sink tap and shower head, and either very soft water or really bad soap bars. I guess hotels/motels in the lower mainland are just very overpriced these days, this one costing $145 all in for a night seemed more like it should’ve been around $50…. No bed bugs though I checked! :) Would not return…

Clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a weekend stay. Loved the parking right outside the room. Loved being able to just cross the street to be at the mall. Fridge & microwave in room was convenient. Room had been renovated except for the ceiling which may be the next step in the process. Only criticism would be the lack of coffee maker but they do have one available at the office. Will definitely be back!

We saw street people around the property, so not feeling safe. Room is smelly.
