We booked last-minute and were lucky to get a lovely room. The staff were kind and helpful, even providing ice when one of our party hit their head on a poorly located room-safe door. The bed was comfortable but the sofa, which is also a pull-out, was not as it did not close fully. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, with both American-style and European-style dishes.
