I think this place is a jewel. Love the location, is about 18 minutes walking from the train station. Taxi obviously would be easier. I would recommend that if you have a lot of baggage. Feet from the fish market. Even though we did bought anything there it was lovely to see the area. I would comeback during cold season. Be mindful there is no air conditioning…

The staff here was beyond friendly! They went out of their way to make our stay an amazing time! The location is perfect to get to the Realto bridge and the City with all its quaint shops his right around the corner. I would highly recommend this hotel

First front desk staff were great everyone was so friendly and professional. Specially Paulo in the morning and Nasim at night time. They really want to help you. Breakfast was great a lot of choices . Every morning they would greet you and asked about your desire for drink. One of the ladies made the most delicious cappuccino. Our room was facing the canal and had an amazing view. Close to market. Close to everything walking distance to everywhere and water transportation on the canal steps away from hotel. We had the best experience. A lot of restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Very nice and helpfull staff! Really convenient in terms of situation and transport (vaporetto). Nice breakfast. Room a little small and bed slightly hard for us but otherwise perfect. Highly recommended.

Overall a perfect experience. After checking in, we asked to switch to a room with two beds since I wasn't feeling well. I explained that if they could accommodate us, the room did not have to have a canal view. The staff told us to continue with our plans and when we return, stop by the desk for new keys. When we came back, our belongings were already transferred. The new room was perfect, and it still had a canal view... Very impressive service. Id definitely recommend this property and would definitely return.

Great Stay!

The hotel was elegant and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was included and was delicious with simple items to eat. The bathroom in the room was excellent and spacious. They provided robes and slippers and turned the bed with a chocolate. The location is close to the Rialto Market and close to bars and restaurants.

Right next to the waterfront The gondola ride is just a walk away The market is nearby Quiter part of Venice Old but unique building and property Add the atmosphere Remember bring only small suit case or bag When travelling in Venice u don’t want to carry many things U will be using taxi boats Highly recommend for the experience
