The hotel location is excellent. It is just behind the square so you have easy access to all the bars and restaurants not to mention the Vaparetto stations. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast very well priced. Rooms were well layed out, clean and had free coffee and water.

We stayed here one night before we joined our planned tour at another hotel. Excellent front desk service from Lorenzo - so helpful. We got upgraded to a King size bed and the room was impeccable - great shower! The hotel is close to La Piazza San Marco and also only a 5 minute walk to the Grand Canal. We would stay again if ever in Venice!

Great location in heart of st. Marks. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Only downside is that air conditioning was not on yet so it was hot. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again! Included breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Lovely hotel, only thing that was a bit of a put off was the overpowering smell of room spray/air freshener when you walked into the room, we had to open the window to let fresh air in. The room itself was small but clean. Staff where very friendly. Breakfast was nice with a great choice. Lovely bar area and drinks where a reasonable cost for a hotel. Location was fantastic!
