On the second night of my stay, there was NO HOT WATER OR HEATING. I was told that the hotel's boiler is quite small and old and that it cant handle it if everyone uses the hot water at the same time. I was asked to wait a bit for the hot water to return. We reported it at 9pm. We waited until 11.30pm but gave up and went to bed DIRTY AND COLD (it gets cold in the evenings in Venice in Nov) after being out all day and having woken up early to sightsee. After raising this on our return, the hotel REFUSED to offer a refund for the night where myself and my family couldn't wash. We went to Venice for my Mother's birthday which was amazing but then RUINED. What 3 star hotel doesn't supply hot water? It's a basic requirement for a hotel!

Complaining about a tragic episode like what happened in Venice does not deserve a response. The only problem encountered on your two days vacation is to not have hot water for three hours.There were five-star hotels that got much worse issues. luckily our hotel doesn't have more than this. I leave opinions to the readers. Yours sincerely

Venetian hideaway

Pros: The decor, especially the high coffered ceilings. Beautiful. Plus, it has a lift, important for those with disabilities.
Cons: Hotel doesn't have a bar. Opening the breakfast room in the evenings, with a bar serving snacks, would be great for late night arrivals.
Location: Did I mention that it's walking distance from Piazza San Marco?
Beautiful little hotel in walkable distance from Piazza San Marco. The breakfast room is cozy, with a stunning deep blue ceiling. If you arrive on a night flight at Marco Polo and take the water bus, it may be quite late by the time you reach the hotel. There's no bar, and although there are plenty of local bars and restaurants, they don't appear to serve after 11pm. There is a bar fridge in the room with some cold drinks though.

In der Nähe von Piazza San Marco (2 Gehminuten), jedoch findet man das Hotel anfangs nicht. Das Schild mit dem Hotelnamen sieht man nicht auf den ersten Blick und die Buchstaben sind auch nicht alle sichtbar. Die Türe ist in einer Ecke und sehr schmal. Das Zimmer und WC waren auch eng. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, ausser, dass die Badtüchter nicht ausgewechselt werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bon hôtel qualité prix

Cons: Chambres exigus ,salle de restauration trop petite, pas assez de?lumière du jour .
Séjour agréable pour la qualité prix accueil sympas ,tranquillité hôtel typiquement Vénicienne et très central

Excellent séjour

Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt du coup on nous a gentiment proposé de garder notre valise et donné le plan de Venise ce qui nous a permis de commencer notre balade à la découverte de Venise. Nous avons séjourné dans une très belle chambre typique vénitienne avec une salle de bain moderne. Le petit déjeuné était largement suffisant. Le personnel parlais Français ce qui était top car l anglais c est pas notre fort.... l hôtel est très bien situé pour tous faire à pied ce qui évite de dépenser de l argent pour les vaporeto quand même à 7e l allée .....

Charmant hotel

Pros: le calme tout en étant au centre, la proximité des principaux monuments .
Cons: la salle d'eau était équipée pour les personnes handicapées, impossible de prendre une douche sans innonder la pièce , pas de tablette au lavabo,
Location: l'hôtel est situé à mi distance de la place St Marc et du musée de l'académie ( 5 mn de trajet) il est à côté du départ des vaporettis.
Hotel caractéristique avec du cachet idéalement placé dans Venise, les personnes de l'accueil parlent français et sont serviables, petit déjeuner copieux Un bémol pour la salle d'eau un peu spartiate (ce n'est peut-être pas le cas pour les autres chambres) Bonnnne impression d'ensemble.
