Great hotel next to train station, convenient to get to Venice center. Great food options around hotel. Great service from hotel staff, special shout out for lobby bar service. Spacious room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Carpets seem dated but otherwise excellent choice.

Great place to stay to visit Venice!

A great stay for visiting Venice. The hotel is clean and has everything you need, lovely big beds which were very comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk to the station and then a 10 minute train into Venice!

Lovely modern property. Clean & spacious. Very close to Mestre train station for trip to central Venice. All staff very friendly & helpful. All round a pleasureable experience.

Property very good value for money if you want a cheap but quality place to stay to visit Venice. Train station is close but the walk is very busy as its the main transport hub. Trains in and out of Venice very fast and only €3 for two people so worked out well. Hotel overall clean and tidy but they are very sneaky in trying to get more out of you. Biscuits in the room with no prices, mini fridge full and then the price list other side of the room. Slightly noisey from the trains runnning passed. Decided to have breakfast first morning but we a little disappointed in choices.

Missed the connection flight thus can’t check in on time, called the hotel and confirmed with the front desk staff that I can be checked in the next day morning anytime when I arrive, the room will be ready. But the next day when I was there around the morning, the front desk staff said the check in time is 2pm and the room wasn’t ready. I explained again and told them I paid for two nights and I supposed to check in last night so the room should be ready. But they insisted that the room was not ready and we had to wait so long, kid was tired and frustrated. That is not acceptably since I called the night before to inform them the time I will be in.
