Staff were very helpful and polite. The transfers organised by the hotel were very much welcomed. The property itself is right near St Marks Square and very central. Amongst the action so to speak. The room was a good size considering. Cafe downstairs is convenient. All in all a very nice stay in a lovely hotel in a wonderful city. Recommended.

Great room in a central part of time. Only minutes from Saint Mark square and other tourist spots. City turned electricity off one day that we were there and staff did all they could do to minimize the impact. Would definitely stay there again.
