Great location in the center of San Marco, minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Staff very helpful, kind. There is no elevator, but they will provide a porter. Room very clean, and nice and large. Would recommend!

Loved our stay at this property. Very friendly staff. Our room was very spacious, and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. We only had 2 days in Venice but really wished we had more time to just sit and enjoy the property. My only negative criticism is that the showers are a little tight on space. Other than that we were very satisfied. The property is centrally located so we were able to access most things by walking 10 to 15 min. I'd definitely stay there again if we were to visit in the future.

Great location a short walk from St Marks square, close to great restaurants, shopping, gondolas, private water taxi pickup area, Rialto, etc. Has a great terrace to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening vino, listening to the church bells. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Easy check in/check out. The only downside (and we knew this when we booked it) was climbing those 72 stairs to get to the room.
