We were very disappointed that the pool was closed . There was no notification about it . Not even online on their own website . When we arrived they casually mentioned that it was closed and being fixed . We were with a big group of family members and half of them left and went to stay elsewhere . Staff member was very rude about it all . Double check before you come here to see if the pool is open !

Pool was out of order and the rude staff tried to play it off as if it was nothing. The hotel page shows pictures of a pool. The signs out front say there is a pool. Upon arrival it was empty with a huge crack at the bottom. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. I asked for a discount and she said there was already a discount on the room. Lies. I ended up getting a room at Divya Sutra for $56/night with great service, nice room, and working pool. The girl from Days Inn called me later in a huff before i had a chance to call them. She gave me attitude then hung up on me.

Rooms numbered 217 to 223 were in an annex with the swimming pool and a common area. It is an echo chamber and noisy. There was a door to the adjoining room that transferred noise from room to room. Otherwise no complaints.

We liked the breakfast. It was basic but enough variety. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a fridge & microwave. We were quite disappointed that the pool & hot tub were not working. We think the hotel should have notified us about that or had it on their website somewhere. The empty pool area looked pretty run down.

Pulled back the sheets to find a couple of black hairs & a blonde hair on the bedsheet, coat hanger was hooked up on the curtain valance for some reason, bedskirt was torn, none of the receptacles would hold a phone charger plug. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet, breakfast was good, location was good. Average hotel, probably wouldn't stay again.

Everything was good including breakfast. Place was neat and clean and centrally located with access to almost all popular stores within 2 minutes. Glad that we chose this place as staff was also very courteous and helpful.

Our 4 night stay was excellent overall. The pool and hot tub were under construction, but we were aware of that when we booked. The staff were friendly and did an excellent job. The outside of the hotel was quite dated but they were working on refreshing it. Our room had gotten a refresh, we had a great nights rest every night. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.
