Easy access from nearby piazza. The room was warm, but cooled down at night with windows open. Staff was very nice. It was a little haed to find due to the long line thru the alley leading to Juliette’s Balcony… I wasn’t aware this attraction was in the same courtyard as the hotel!

Hotel Milù Milano was a fantastic stay in Milan. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and great shopping areas. The hotel has a very modern and stylish design, which I really loved. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Even though I had ordered something before I arrived, the hotel was very helpful in assisting with the delivery. Unfortunately, the order was delayed until after I left, so I had to request a refund, but I truly appreciated how accommodating the hotel was — perfect for a shopaholic like me! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in the ideal location, in the City Center. Keeping in mind that can be a little noisy with the bustle of shoppers and the ringing of the church bells. We had a challenging time finding it because the entrance to the hotel is literally in the courtyard for the Juliette attraction. So it's quite busy during the day but in the evening you have the courtyard to yourself. This makes for beautiful pictures! The staff was amazing, the room was spacious (we had a suite) and beautiful. The room fridge was kept stocked with champagne, beer, water and soda. Also, there were plenty of snacks as well. I highly recommended this hotel.
