There were cockroaches in the room.

I was not happy about my stay as there were cockroaches and other types of insects in the room. This was dirty and disrupted the quality of my stay as my wife and I were both uncomfortable. I was staying in room 63 and am veey dissapointed in the level of upkeep.

Clean pleace. Practical location. The door to the bathroom couldn't close, which is a big inconvenience when three people are sharing 9 m2. The reception was closed, so one uses the next door hotels reception. We were approached by sketchy people at the parking lot, so the area didn't feel safe. I was able to charge the battery of my car, but one of the charging stations didn't work.

Even though the rooms are marked non-smoking, the customers stood outside their doors and smoked. My eyes burned and I could smell the smoke. The rooms are all facing outdoors and the nearest neighbor can be just a few feet away, Hence, smoking within a few feet of the window and door.

Reception closed with poor signage to the nearby Campanile reception. Lack of sleep due to neighbouring rooms partying all night. Man those mattresses need some oiling after all that squeaking. Definitely not sound proofed rooms

Il n'y a pas de wifi dans la chambre alors que c'est noté illimité. Il n'y a pas de réseau dans la chambre non plus, elle était sale dès notre arrivée et le rideau de douche ne tenait plus. En plus, pour une raison non expliqué il n'y avait pas de serviette de toilette. Je suis déçu, je ne recommande pas.

Même pour un depannage cet hotel,( si on peut appeler ça ainsi) ne sert à rien, les chambres puent et la disponibilité des serviettes de bain, un grand n’importe quoi. Sans compter sur l’accueil indécent, et inacceptable, qui se fait dans une attente interminable parce que la receptionniste doit faire les chambres et la reception toute seule. Et même en ayant réservé un mois à l’avance, on vous suggere d’aller voir ailleurs et de revenir en debut de semaine pour vous faire rembourser.. À fuir, si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre sang froid.
