Really enjoyed the view from our balcony and the complementary breakfast was a nice option. Staff were great, very friendly and very accommodating.
Our last night we had some very noisy guests directly above us, moving furniture around and stomping and running back and forth which lasted from 9pm to 2am and disrupted our sleep. We notified the front desk 3 times. And 3 times they attempted to quiet the guests which lasted all of 5 minutes each time. The attendant did his best but unfortunately we didnt get much sleep. The hotel did end up comping us for the noise disturbance plus paid our parking which was nice so we were satisfied. One thing that wasnt satisfactory however was that the elevator broke down on day 3 of our 4 day stay. I understand that they break down and sometimes its hard to get maintenance to fix them right away but there was only one elevator left for dozens and dozens of guest plus hotel staff to use which was very inconvenient at breakfast/ check out when everyone was using it. We ended up having to drag our luggage down the stairway, then outside then down to the parking garage after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator to not show up. All-in-all it was a good stay, i havent had to deal with many noisy guests in past hotel stays elsewhere so they are usually a one-off. We would certainly stay there again in the hopes that they have resolved their elevator issues.
