Nice and clean. Super helpful and friendly staff. Convienient location and parking.The only fault was that there was a big gap under the door to the hallway, so it was very loud when people went by. I noticed that some of the rooms had this gap and some didnt. However, i would still stay here again

Elvie & Faith were very accommodating. They have a very warm and positive demeanour. We arrived very early from Tofino so we were trying our luck to check in early and indeed, Faith checked us in and even upgraded our room. Excellent customer service!! We loved the location of the property as well. Very close to mall, dining, transpo, etc. P.S. it would be better if there was complimentary water in the room 😅. But everything else was good!!
