Great front desk people. I had special instructions for my elderly mom to check in and they were prepared when she arrived. Thank you! The room was very clean and organized. I liked that the remote was sealed in a bag. All appliances were clean and coffee machine well stocked. I like the composting cups available in the room and in the breakfast area. The breakfast nook was well stocked with lots of fresh options for breakfast. I really liked the coffee.

I must say Pam did an excellent job tidying up the room before my check-in. The lovely staff member in the breakfast room greeted each person with a warm “good morning” as they walked through the door. What better way to start the day than with a genuine smile from a total stranger? To me, that simple gesture meant more than enough. The two drivers who picked me up from and dropped me off at the airport were also absolutely amazing. Thank you all for the outstanding service and for making my stay such a positive experience.

I booked here in order to get the airport shuttle. I found it very pricey to only stay here for half a night as I had to leave at 4:00 am; however, the convenience of the shuttle was valuable. I did not get my breakfast as I had to leave so early, which I thought should be included in my stay and asked if they had a to go bag (with like a muffin and juice or something easy to eat on the road), like some hotels do, but they don't. I was disappointed in that. The room and hotel were very nice and modernized with a neat, retro feel. I liked the courtyard with an outdoor pool, which would be great in the summer.

Read the entire description as I was led astray and booked because it had a pool. Only to check in and find out the pool was seasonal. On the Expedia app you had to scroll down forever to then find the “small print” of SEASONAL pool but didn’t say when or other info. Felt duped into booking as the sole reason we picked was a pool for the kids. Room itself was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Hallways had a pungent smell but rooms did not. Very conveniently located and easy in and out.
