Very nice hotel, in a very central location with many public transportation options. We took a panoramic room: overall a nice room, a bit outdated, with low ceilings. Narrow bathroom with a shower and no bidet.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It offers excellent services and has friendly helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower is small causing water to splash out, the design l could have been enhanced to avoid this situation. Everything else was excellent

Tap water may be drinkable but still they need to put bottle of water in rooms. There is no different sink at the hotel, so people get hesitation to drink water from bathroom’s sink.

Excellent Location.

Excellent comfortable hotel from which to visit Vienna, very comfortable, bright rooms with a nice bathroom. good bar and restaurant. Easy connection to and from the airport via the train station opposite. Within walking distance of all the sights of Vienna and surrounded by a good selections of coffee shops and restaurants.

Decent stay. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. It’s in a great location, but amenities are not 5 star. It’s a 4 star at best. Rooms are cramped and old. Service and location are excellent!

Generally the hotel was a good choice; great location, nice size room, clean hotel. Unfortunately our check in process wasnt great. The gentleman who checked us in was not very welcoming nor did he talk us through the hotel such as where the lifts were, the breakfast and restaurant options, the 247 drop in shop. He asked if we wanted to put a deposit down without explaining why we may need to. And when i enquired his response was "its either a yes or no" i decided no and then asked about the shop and he said we need a deposit to shop there which was inaccuarte and later purchased using our card because the room charge did not work. Overall not a great first impression but the rest of the hotel made up for it.
