Nice budget hotel close to Keplerplatz station on line U1, easy links to the airport and you can be in the centre of town easily within 10 minutes. Comfy warm room especially in the height of Winter. Mini bar but no tea / coffee facilities. Good basic buffet breakfast at no charge. Hotel clean and bright. Only difficulties we had were that housekeeping did not replace our toiletries when used and we also reported a fault with the in room safe twice that was not fixed during our stay. For the price paid, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was nice with the big jacuzzi bath and was quite spacious although this was a superior room. The heating was switched off at night even though it was - 5 degrees The girl on reception was quite unhelpful- we asked if she could recommend a nearby restaurant and just got a shrug of the shoulders and a no Worst thing was that this is a cash only hotel - why is it not in the notes that they won’t take credit cards

Dear guest, maybe it is possible that there has happened one small mistake? We regret, that you did not enjoy your stay in your chosen hotel, but we think there was some confusion. We accept all credit cards and we also regret, do not have any female stuff working at the reception. We also have no rooms in our hotel which contain a jacuzzi. Good location for the price

4 stops on U-bahn from Stephansplatz. Station 5 mins walk, tram even closer! Staff friendly. Nice breakfast. No bar/restaurant.

A little gem

Pros: Everything
Cons: Coffee making facilities in the room would be nice.
Location: There is not much to do nearby but there is a train station and metro within easy reach.
This hotel was exceptional value for money. It's not in the centre of Vienna but there is a metro station less than 5 minutes walk away so it is easy to get around. The hotel itself was very clean and modern and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A good breakfast was provided and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

Room was not what was confirmed. It was an old and uncomfort room. Bad service. I do not recommend to anyone.
