nice staff at first but room shower would not drain at - so bad i had to stop the shower half way not to flood them. nor would the sink. for it to get that bad how many staff ignored it? and when it was reported this should have resulted in more than thank you... a real brand would have refunded for this

Very poor first impression - upon checking in I was made to wait despite 7 staff, including a manager, standing around having a meeting at the reception counter. They could clearly see me waiting yet none had the foresight or professionalism to break away and check me in.

Average. Felt a bit overpriced for what we were getting. No kettle in the room , expensive breakfast with limited options. A long wait at the reception to check in. It is clean and convenient location for airport.

The Moxy Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The best quality was that it is walkable distance from the airport and train station. Would have liked an electric kettle in the room for morning coffee.

Ivan and the women at the desk were amazing as was the housekeeper. The room was spotless they helped me whenever I needed it. I will definitely stay again! And the juices and coffee and breakfast were amazing too

Clean room. Ease of checkout was good. I was pretty disappointed to see that guests had to pay for coffee and tea, although this was complimentary at the Dresden location, and the hotel was charging something like 4 Euro for a small cup of coffee. I was looking forward to having a quick coffee before my early morning departure. The proximity to the airport is what makes this hotel good: 12 minute walk to the international terminal. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants or cafes nearby (except at the airport, where selection is low and prices are high) Despite this it was worth it to us to stay overnight before an early morning flight. We didn't experience any of the noise issues that other reviewers mentioned.

Room was 28C degrees when we arrived the second week in October. The highs outdoors were around 22C during the day. It took hours to cool the room down with the window facing the street wide open.

For such a basic hotel prices are extremely high. 180 Euro per night. Rooms are nice, location is convenient but 25 Euro for a ‘buffet’ breakfast, 12 Euro for a Panini in packaging….come on. Absolutely nothing is included on the high price ion rate. So, with a snack, breakfast the following day and a water bottle you’re hitting 220 Euro a night.

Great stay

Check in was quick and very efficient. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very close - 10 mins walking distance undercover to Vienna Airport the location was perfect for an early morning flight. I would use again if in Vienna. I didnt have breakfast due to early check out. The only negative was that food and drinks orders were to be paid for at the tills at the end of the bar, however there were no staff at all serving in the bar for a long period of time. The staff on check in were extremely busy dealing with arrivals and also then having to deal with customers food and drinks orders.
