Due to a family emergency I needed to change the date and found out that it was non-refundable. I usually don't pay ahead of time for my hotel. This time I did and I will remember to not do it again. I thought that for the money I paid the Moxy hotel in advance, a simple message to explain and console would have been appreciated. I am disappointed with the rigidity of their rules in a world with changes happening so quickly.

Very good breakfast. Room was cold as the heating system did not appear to work well. There is a nice lobby and a well stocked pantry. Convenient location to Terminal. I would stay there again.

The double room was rather small. There was no closet. The only option for hanging garments in the room were two hooks on the wall. There was no coffee service (coffee machine or water cooker with instant coffee or tea in the room.
