I have stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and the property itself is okey. The single room I stayed in was refurbished and pleasant, generally speaking. The actual issue was the stuff, especially the evening receptionist who was not very helpful or pleasant to talk to. Moreover, the heating in the room did not work. I reported this to the receptionist who said they will send the technician but that would be only the next day. Then I've asked for an extra duvet as it was really cold in my room over night. To which the receptionist said that she would have to see if there are any available. In the end, I did not get the duvet and the radiator did not get repaired either. Overall, very disappointed and if you care for your health and wellbeing this might not be the best option for you stay.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und gut. Das Hilfspersonal sehr freundlich. Das Personal an der Reception war korrekt, aber nicht besonders freundlich. Eine Beobachtung, die ich in den meisten Hotels mache, in denen ich schon übernachtet habe, und das sind nicht wenige.
