Room and Hotel were excellent and all staff (apart from one) were attentive. The negative we had was, we had 3 nights stay on the 4th floor and only got 1 night decent sleep!! From 4AM until 8AM it sounded like a dance floor above. We mentioned it to the lady on reception and asked if we could move, I was told we have no more rooms availble and its a private apartment above and we can do nothing, apart if we see them we will have a word. Not the best customer service to be honest.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location! The view out our balcony of the Opera House was spectacular. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, and walkable location to all the attractions and the metro/busses.
The shower/sink was "open" (right there on the other side of the divider) but the toilet was in it's own room.

I stayed there with my family for two nights. The hotel is well decorated, modern, clean and in a very convenient location. It is only a few minutes walk to subway station and bus stop. It is also walking distance to Hofburg Palace, St. Stephan’s and much more. There is a separate water closet in the room, but without washing vanity. You still need to go to the main bathroom to wash hands. Overall, it is a very nice and clean hotel.

We could not have chose a better hotel. The location was fabulous. With an easy walk of some fantastic buildings. The underground was near to get to various places that we wanted to get to. Breakfast at the hotel, outstanding. I would really recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice, do be aware that PARKING is NOT on the premises…they utilize an underground parking garage owned by the city. It was not pleasant to drop luggage, take car blocks away and park, walk back after traveling.
