This is the 3rd year in a row I stayed at the Radisson In Vienna. I love the location, cleanliness, professional staff, breakfast and price. A gem of a place to stay at in the great city of Vienna. Very highly recommend!

The stay was good. but we had a small injury and realized the hotel does not have basic First Aid like common antiseptics or something similar. Inner city is for tourists and it's difficult to find a Pharmacy. the hotel should have basic First Aid kit for minor emergencies. it's not at all expensive.

Great location in the middle of Vienna, super easy access to the biggest tourist attractions - but! - very unfriendly service at the front desk, no good morning no hello no goodbye, when we asked for extra coffee capsules to our room they didn’t come for half an hour. When we called reception to ask if they might have forgotten it they told us that they already had brought it. Obviously not! Otherwise we wouldn’t be calling… turns out they had delivered it to the wrong room. The room was spacious, but could really need a refresh (paint coming off walls, mold in the shower). Also they hadn’t cleaned under the bed for ages… when we dropped a book, we were face to face with loads of dust and a sock from a previous guest

Loved this stylish boutique hotel. Decor great and staff superb. Very convenient for Hofburg, cathedral and Vienna's many art galleries. Next door to a certain well known Viennese cafe.

Best location in Vienna, walk everywhere easily or taken the subway (few steps from the hotel). Great staff at reception who is always keen to answer all questions concerning the city or the hotel. The proximity of Hofburg Palace is a plus and all major museums made it impossible to miss this very nice hotel. Wish to come back soon again.
