The house has three bedrooms, two of which have access to the patio. Two bathrooms one with a bath and one with a shower, an outdoor shower. Equipped internal kitchen. Outside there is the gas, the fridge, the dishwasher, sink, a masonry worktop with furniture, two tables with chairs, built-in barbecue. The large garden allows you to relax or let the kids run!There are deckchairs on the terrace. The gardener Mr. Roberto, who will work during your stay in the garden, will welcome you. Thanks to its spaces, the villa allows a quiet and comfortable life even for two families.
Bed sheets and bath towels are provided. For guests staying for more than a week it is possible to wash the sheets with the washing machine of the house or to request the change of sheets and towels with an additional cost: double sheets and towels (shower, face, bidet) € 25, deposit € 15 to be settled on booking. The deposit will be made to verify the good condition of the same. I remind you that at home there are two camping beds with a mattress for small children and a high chair. Separate waste collection is in effect at Villasimius. Find the ecological zone to the left of the entrance with its differentiated bins. In the home there is the calendar with indicated what is collected the next day. It is the guest's duty to bring its baskets out onto the road at the bottom of the driveway. Or you can take your own bins at the ecocentre in the village in via Su Pranu 252, in the months of June-July-August it is open 7/7 9-20 hours. Consult the site.
