The amenities was good but when I got my room for 3 days on April 18- 21th. The cleaning service in the room was terrible the tub was not that clean. I left very upset that they did not clean my room all 3 days I was there. I did asked them several times to clean and when they gave us towels it was given to us in trash bags on the door when we asked for it. I am very upset about the cleaning service in the end I got very sick with upper respiratory infection because it was not sanitary..

The staff are wonderful. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The views are amazing. The pools are great. Having an option of having lunch pool side is nice. Plus the option of having lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant Dunes is convenient. I highly recommend family friendly and an enjoyable time.

Five Stars For Me

We had a great experience. My family and I stayed for four days. The staff was helpful, friendly, patient and polite. The breakfast was fresh each day. The food at Dunes restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious. Parking was free and available. Shopping, outside restaurants and the beach was only a few steps away. Sahara, Crystal and Q made us feel right at home while addressing any concerns or questions. Crystal addressed questions about parking weeks before we arrived. She also changed our room when our bathroom has issues. Sahara was the best part of our dinner experience each evening with her delightful personality. Q was insightful and helped me understand how Marriott Membership works. We will come back again. The only areas of opportunity were the grits were under cooked and the oatmeal was watery. Other than that five stars for me.

We had an amazing stay at SpringHill Suites! The accommodations were spotless, recently updated, and spacious (with two equally sized rooms available as a one-bedroom suite), making it ideal for our family during spring break. We loved the oceanfront balcony and the convenient beach access. Additionally, there were bike lanes and boardwalks nearby for us to explore. The kids really enjoyed the breakfast choices, which added fun to each morning.
