Carpets were dirty and old, no robes, slippers etc and the towels were extremely thin. The rooms were not well maintained, rust on fixtures and hardware. Tidy but very outdated. Gym was decent in comparison to other hotels. Staff were friendly.

This hotel was fantastic top to bottom. They have a great bar and gathering area, nice restaurant, larger rooms with nice large bath towels. The staff here were extremely helpful and so very nice. Without question, we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.

Great Hotel in Southwark borough close to London bridge bus and tube stops and walking distance to borough market. Great rooms, staff and breakfast.
