Very new. Excellent staff. Shower huge. Leaving early so they gave us a breakfast box each. One of the best stays in Poland. Very convenient to Airport. Free shuttle every 30 min. Brilliant.

Checking in was fast and the room was clean. Bedding was also comfortable. Appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport and it took only about 10 minutes to get there. Only issue was that tissue paper was not provided in the room. Most hotels I've been to will provide a box of tissue either in the bathroom or in the main room. Not sure why it's not provided in this hotel.

Rude reception. Bad experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Airport Hotel Okęcie in Warsaw. Despite expecting a free shuttle service from the airport, I was unable to reach the hotel by phone after 13 attempts. I needed to take a Uber. When I finally arrived, the receptionist, Daniel Markov, was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me it was my problem and not his fault that I couldn’t get through. The hotel’s service was far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Noisy at night

I stay here regularly and depending on the amount of people staying the experience can vary. If there is a conference there can be a lot of noise at night, noisy people in the corridor and banging doors - Convenient for the airport but would not be my first choice.
