A five-star service hotel

It was a true pleasure staying at the Mercure this week. What a professional and dedicated team. From reception, to room service, to the restaurant, all provided 5-star service. I would like to highlight the young gentlemen in reception who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Also, the food in the bar is not only great, but for it being restaurant quality, it was surprisingly affordable. I would definitely return to this All hotel in my future travels.

The staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. It really felt like they cared and wanted us to have the best experience possible. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again through them!

Hello. Everything was almost perfect except for the fact that we booked our stay with breakfast but apparently they said our name wasnt in the system when we went to the breakfast area. Afterwards when we went to the reception to complain about it they simply told us that it was their mistake and told us to go drink alcoholic drinks. Thank you.

Got there ahead of check in and our room was available so we were able to check in early. Staff very friendly. Option of a drinks voucher rather than a room clean, which we took advantage of. Room was spacious and comfortable.
