Great location and great property. The rooms were nice and upgraded. The staff was nice but short, many people to attend it seemed. The breakfast bar had many options, including healthy ones, but not too many fruits.

Great stay

Amazing breakfast offered! And a couple of nights they had warm cookies too! Clean and comfortable stay in a central location to many attractions. If you are a light sleeper, you might bring a noise machine-downtown is not quite.

Weve stayed at the Hampton Inn downtown Washington dc 4 or 5 times, staff is great, rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Weve stayed there while there lobby was being remodeled and now that its done its very nice and the breakfast area is large and accommodating. The area around this hotel is walkable to everything and plenty of places to eat.

It was at a walkable distance from sites as Chinatown, White House, Union Station. The breakfast was good, Many good restaurants nearby. They make the beds and clean the room every day. The only no so good thing I noticed was that people at the front desk did not greet when you aproach them. But overall was a great experience.
