I really liked the hotel. The people were so friendly and helpful. HOWEVER - I heard that it was recently redecorated and everything seemed that way - but for some mold in the bathroom. On the floor -outside the shower. Get on that! Place is too nice and in too great an environment to let that get away from you!

Great room. Well-appointed with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Large television and plenty of room. The walk-in shower had excellent water pressure. The hotel is in walking distance of several restaurants and a Harris Teeter grocery store. I recommend the Carlyle.
