Elevator bottoms hadn’t worked for a long time. Ice maker on my floor didn’t work. Signs said to use ice machine in basement but then rhe elevator bottoms didn’t work in basement. There was no way to call the elevator to the basement so I walked to the other end of the building and up the stairs. The staff used the breakfast room and shouted at each other.

Nothing special, but just right for our needs.

We needed a nice, quiet room for a night in the area at a decent price, and we got everything we wanted. It was so quiet and peaceful, even though we weren't far from the back entrance and elevators. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
