I did not like that the entrance from the garage to the elevators were not locked. There was a pad to scan your room key to unlock the door to enter the elevator area, but it was never locked, so anyone could enter the elevator area and wait for an unsuspecting guest (hiding in the elevator )

Great place!

This was a great property at a very reasonable price for Washington DC. The shuttle to DCA was excellent and ran on time. I would definitely stay here again.

The girl who checked me in was very rude. She ignored me when I walked to the front desk and greeted her. She then told me she couldn’t check me in at that time even though I had cleared in with the staff over the phone before I arrived. After I told her she could check me in she started typing and ignored me for several minutes before handing me my door keys. Very rude! Very disrespectful.
