The room was old, dirty, and curtains and shower curtain was old and didnt fit to cover the shower. The hotel is 70 years old. You would think it would be updated. The restaurant food was eh.

Upgraded hotel with below standard rooms.

The hotel stay was average. The main and only thing that was commendable was the bed. It was clean, soft, and comfortable. As far as the rest of the room; sockets did not work, tub was filty, new curtains but spider webs on the ceiling and window ceils, and fire sprinklers were molded and had cob webs. Parking was horrible. There was a daily flat rate fee with unlimited access. The only good thing was you did not have to pay for every entrance and exit. Customer services was below satisfactory. Customs and courteousy is not a goal to render to customers unless that is just how people treat each other in Washington DC. FyI This survey would not let me upload the photos.

It’s ok only for one night sleep Needs renovation , no toiletries, no water , no shower head handles no iron , smart tv isn’t really smart ! Elevator is shaking , also it isn’t really noise proof.

I could not believe this was a Holiday Inn! It was so nice and even has two restaurants and a 24-hour convenience market! Parking is in a secure garage with an elevator direct to your floor, although it is not cheap. The convenience and security was well worth it for our trip though. Location was excellent and convenient to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay there again.
