We enjoyed our stay last weekend at the Hive. It is a unique building in an excellent location.The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient. We had several questions and the staff took the time to answer them. Special shout out to Rhea for help assisting us with our gps on our I-phone. Highly reccommend this hotel for it's location to the Mall,and Monuments and Georgetown.

This was a great hotel! It was very clean and was definitely new but didn’t have the “hospital new clean” feel to it. It felt very homey. The pizza place was beyond good. We had late night pizza and dessert multiple times. The rooftop bar had great vibes and great drinks. The front desk staff was always friendly when we arrived and left the hotel. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in DC. It is also close to the metro and the parking deck!

Obviously a historic building with beautiful brick which they have restored into what I would call modern chic. The staff is outstanding, as well as the onsite pizza restaurant and rooftop bar :-)

Great spot just up the street from the State Department and Lincoln Memorial, a few blocks south of the Metro. Super friendly staff and the pizza shop next door makes really good pies!
