The location was convenient, but that’s where the positives end. The walls were incredibly thin — I woke up at 3 AM to the neighbors laughing and watching TV like they were in my room. Noise from the hallway and even outside carried straight through all night. For a supposed 4-star hotel, the experience felt more like a budget stay. The amenities and service didn’t match the advertised rating. Wouldn’t stay again unless major soundproofing improvements are made.

I enjoyed every part of my experience except for the breakfast. There was no one staffing the omelette bar and even though it was very clearly noted that breakfast was included in my rate I was charged $30.

We stayed at Hyatt Centric Arlington for 5 days to celebrate my 50th birthday, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the start, the care and attention shown by the staff made this milestone feel incredibly special. A heartfelt thank you to Christopher, who made a flying butterfly card with a birthday message that touched me deeply — such a creative and meaningful gesture. And to Beto, whose thoughtfulness went above and beyond. He not only surprised us with a bottle of complimentary Moscato in our room, but he also went out of his way to find an adjoining room for my twin nephews who flew in from Boston to join us for my birthday dinner. That extra effort meant the world to us, making it easy to be close and celebrate as a family. The location is ideal — right by the Metro, making it so convenient to explore Washington DC and Georgetown with ease. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we felt the overall value and service were exceptional. This was far more than just a hotel stay. It was a beautiful experience filled with kindness, generosity, and thoughtful service. Thank you to the Hyatt Centric Arlington team for making my golden birthday one I will always cherish.

Love this hotel. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, the room was a nice size, the view of Georgetown was amazing. A Starbucks in the lobby every weekday morning was a plus. All staff were very kind and helpful. I would make this my first choice hotel the next time I’m in Washington DC.
