This was an average accommodation for our trip. It was not convenient to downtown Washington DC, however, the metro was easy to navigate. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was good especially the breakfast buffet. All staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel staff, inspite of asking for help with luggage I had to bring it myself to room from lobby on the cart. The bedsheet on one of the bed in room was smelling bad, and restroom door was too noisy. With toddler this was very inconvenient and dissapointing.

The air conditioning was a big issue. The hotel needs an upgrade. The air conditioner is a vent on the ceiling that blows on top of the beds. Its wither freezing and loud, or the room gets clammy and damp without it. Just awful. Even my husband and daughter could not rest. The staff barely greated us, and the parking was a nightmare as it was several levels down under the building. Poor communication...zero customer service. This is a "HYATT"....enough said.

This place use to be nice my room smell like feet and the room was so dusty and dirty the bed you can feel coils in it they need new beds. Never again. The carpet was nasty and the blanket had stained on it let it never been washed. Don’t stay here
