This hotel is in a great location close to everything and within a short walking distance of metro station, DuPont Circle, and a 1 mile walk to Georgetown. The full kitchen is a big plus. You must ask for a coffee maker in the room, but there is a coffee machine in the lobby at all hours, plus free pop corn. Only drawbacks were hot water in shower running out too fast and all the street noise from L Street. Lots of sirens, loud car engines, car alarms, and people yelling at late hours. Perhaps ask for a room not facing L street. But this hotel is good value in general.

couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel! great location close to the metro and walking distance to major attractions. the staff was super helpful in accommodating a late checkout and when we thought the air was not working in the room (turns out the building switched over to heating) they were kind enough to bring us a fan directly to the room. would definitely recommend this hotel for you next trip to d.c!

Excellent home base for a DC trip!

Wonderful hotel, friendly and awesome staff! The tea is so refreshing and coffee maker is a great touch in the lobby along with popcorn and wine in the afternoon. Easy to get around and the best pizza place ever DC Pizza right around the corner. We would love to stay here again!

The room was spacious with a kitchen area and most importantly it was clean. Staff brought up items we needed (extra blankets) promptly even brought us heaters too! There are restaurants in walking distance and the hotel is close to the subway station. Added touch or popcorn, tea and lemonade in the lobby. Great hotel.

The hotel is in a very nice area downtown and walkable to many stores and dininh options. The noise level was a bit much on my last night's stay. They were doing some construction near by and woke me up early. Also it would be nice if they added a continental breakfast like a grab-n-go.

The room was large and clean, with a full kitchen. The staff and maid service was very responsive to our requests. Refreshments were available in the lobby. Great location to MetroRail for visiting the National Mall museums and dining options.
